• Diarrhoea.

In some cases of IBS, people may have a sudden and immediate urge to have a bowel movement. This form of IBS is also called as Diarrhoea predominant IBS. Most of the people, roughly 1/3 of the patients of IBS, are suffering from this variety of irritable bowel syndrome. It can be because of a significant source of stress. In most of the cases, altered digestion can lead to gas production inside the gut. Subsequently, heavy gas production with lead to bloating, which is quite uncomfortable.
