Several brands and people who offer this variety of salt claim that it is loaded with minerals and provide incredible health benefits. That’s the main reason why pink Himalayan salt is often thought to be much more healthier than regular table salt.

Although like regular table salt, pink Himalayan salt also have sodium chloride as major constituent. But addition to this it also consists of several minerals and traces of elements.
