Most of the times vegetarian and plant centric diets may also help in promoting healthy oestrogen levels. Handful of researches have shown that people who follow vegetarian or semi vegetarian diets have low oestrogen levels and a reduced risk of certain cancers. These cancerous diseases are generally associated with elevated oestrogen levels.

Vegetarian and plant based diets are typically low in saturated fat. Just because, scientific studies have associated diets high in saturated fat with elevated oestrogen levels. One can opt for plant based vegan diets to keep oestrogen levels under control.
