Most of the times it is recommended that one should workout as the first thing in the morning before eating breakfast. Originally it’s a fasted state, Several people believe that it will help in weight loss. But The thing is, working out after eating something will give you more energy and improve your performance.

Basically, exercising on an empty stomach is called fasted cardio. Health experts claimed the theory, that your body feeds on stored fats and carbohydrates for energy instead of food. You have recently eaten. This May subsequently lead to higher levels of fat loss.
