• Ingredients that are required.
To prepare this extremely beneficial protein ladoos one will require below mentioned ingredients.
1. Half Cup of almonds.
2. Half Cup of cashew nuts.
3. Half Cup of jaggery powder or according to taste.
4. Half above flax seeds, in powdered form.
5. ¼ Cup of ghee.
• Know about the recipe of protein ladoos.
1. Just take a blender and put almonds and cashew nuts in it to make a fine powder.
2. In a mixing bowl, take powdered almonds and cashews with flax seeds and jaggery. Add some ghee on the top and start kneading.
3. When you will get something dough like or clayey mixture. Means that the most of the work is done.
4. Now just start making small bit sized balls of mixture with the help of hand.
5. With your hands, roll them firmly to give shape of laddoos. If you find the mixture some what dry add small amounts of more ghee.
Now your ladoos are ready to be served. This recipe is just power packed with protein because of flax seeds.
