Hunger is bodies natural clue that indicates it needs more food. When one is hungry, his or her stomach may grow and feel empty. In fact, some people even get a headache and unable to concentrate.

Increased in appetite or feeling of hunger may have several possible explanations. But most common are diet may lack protein, fat or fibre. Another are excessive stress or dehydration.
