Talking about cow milk, 244 ml of cow milk contains 149 total calories. These calories come from 88% from water, 12 grams from carbohydrate, 8 grams from protein, 8 grams from fat, 11 grams from lactose. Meanwhile, cow milk provides 21% of daily value calcium.
So from above mentioned nutritional fact, we can conclude that buffalo milk has more protein, fat and lactose as compared to cow milk. This can help for persons who are on muscle gain diet. Because good protein content can help them to feel full for long time and muscle recovery. However, if one has fat loss aim then it is advisable to consume cow milk over buffalo milk.
